Last Fate

About: Collaborative VR project using Leap Motion, Oculus Rift and Unity technology at Academy of Art University.

Project Goal: Create a full game experience using an assortment of emerging technology, which in this project are Leap Motion and Oculus Rift.

Role:

  • Implement Leap Motion code to Unity and code and design the spell casting system using Leap Motion’s hand detection capabilities.
  • Create intuitive and fluid player movement in conjunction with the Oculus Rift VR headset.
  • Code flexible, modular trigger volumes that level designers could use to create levels without needing to type any code.

All the code for Last Fate was written in C#.
